Service suspension of Brother eShop embroidery pattern
The embroidery pattern service available through Brother eShop will be discontinued on June 30, 2024. After that, users will no longer be able to download previously purchased embroidery pattern files through the Brother eShop platform.
Customers in need, please log into your accounts and download the embroidery files before the deadline. Please note that once the service is discontinued, we cannot provide any form of compensation or the service to download the files again.
Please take the necessary precautions to avoid unnecessary loss as soon as possible and check your purchased embroidery pattern has been properly backed up. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that will be caused and thank you for your support of crafting and for your understanding.
